Mothers Day 2014

I almost did it. I ALMOST had my MILs present ready on time for Mothers Day. I missed the post by one...day... Maybe next year... :-/ (worst daughter in law...ever...!)

Anyway. I'm happy with it. She will love it whenever it arrives.... :-)

This is just a basic Kaisercraft photo 'frame' with an antique white undercoat, crackle medium & raw umber on top. I accented with snippets of paper from the  Kaisercraft Honey Chai range.

The flowers are Prima & the pictures are my own :-)

Oh I got the leaves from Target of all places. Browsing the stationery section one day, the DIY invites collection, I came across gold & silver transparent leaves in packets reduced to $1! Bargain ;-)
